I'm Paul, a product designer with 15+ years of experience at Realtor.com, USAA, and Under Armour. I love tackling messy problems and turning them into scalable solutions people count on every day. My work spans early strategy through launch, from shaping product vision to designing interfaces to partnering with engineering on implementation.
I believe the best outcomes come from working closely with product and engineering, mentoring designers, and building teams where everyone feels supported and excited about where we're headed.
